Where does The Fun DJ perform?
We're based in Madison, Wisconsin and Homosassa, Florida, and we travel throughout the Midwest and along the East Coast. The first hour of travel from either base is included; beyond that it's $2 per mile.
What's actually included in a wedding package?
Consultation, planning sessions, set-up and take-down, dance-floor lighting, a hand-picked Navy Seal entertainer, and full liability insurance. Most weddings receive 20–25 hours of behind-the-scenes preparation built into the price.
What is a corporate game show?
A 90–120 minute production designed for team building. We bring the full stage — Corporate Feud podiums, Have-A-Ball, Rapid Fire trivia, Minute-to-Win-It physical challenges, lights, sound, mics — and we customize the trivia around your company, products, and people. Microsoft, NASCAR, Subway, and Lockheed Martin have all hired us.
How far in advance should we book?
Saturdays during peak wedding season (May–October) book up 9–12 months out. Off-season and weekday events are more flexible. A 50% reservation fee and signed contract holds your date with a specific entertainer.
Do you carry liability insurance?
Yes — full liability insurance, which is rare in the mobile DJ industry and increasingly required by venues. We can provide a Certificate of Insurance for your venue at no charge.
Can I add Screamin' Scott specifically?
Yes. Wisconsin's only Hall of Fame entertainer can be added to any package for $500. Subject to availability — Scott books out further than the rest of the roster.
